The packing of the acrylic sign was very poor which allowed the very thin and delicate sign to arrive broken with cracks. Didn’t realize how thin the sign was until I actually looked at the delivered product. Seller is sending a refund.

Response from Angela Poling

I am very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase. It is rare occasions that the acrylics crack or break during shipping, but unfortunately it does happen at times.
