Will my item be mailed to me?

No. All items are digital products. Nothing physical will be sent to you by mail.

All text can be edited, including font, color, size, and placement. All elements on the template can also be changed, replaced and moved around.

How do I download my files?

After your payment has been processed, all the print files will be delivered electronically. You will receive an email with a link to download these files. You could also access the print files by visiting your ETSY profile > Purchases and Reviews.

Right-click the compressed (zipped) folder. Select Extract All from the context menu. By default, the compressed files will extract in the same location as the zipped folder, but you can click the Browse button to select an alternative location.

Will colors print exactly as shown?

Slight color variation may occur depending on the calibration of your monitor. Different monitors can show slightly different colors. I recommend printing out a test print first to see how everything looks before sending it to the printing service.

Can I print my files at home?

Yes, definitely. Printing at home is generally more affordable but if you’re using the designs for a special event, you may want to consider having them printed by a professional service.

Can I edit my files after purchasing?

If you purchased an editable design, yes! You’ll receive instructions on how to edit them - we’ve made editing our files super simple so even if you don’t have experience, you’ll be able to quickly and easily edit your files. And if you have any questions, you can always send us a message.

Can I resell the designs/materials I purchase from your shop?

No, resale of any of our designs is strictly prohibited, and all necessary legal measures will be taken if our work is discovered anywhere without an express written permission. If you're caught reselling any of our work, including any images, icons, instructions files, copied templates or any other material from our shop, we'll pursue all legal options against the offending party.

Can you print and ship the files to us?
