All items from SS Creations are handmade and custom-made using high-quality cardstock and materials. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, design, or placement may occur. These variations are normal and add to the uniqueness of each item.

Processing Time -

Please allow 5–7 business days for production. This time frame applies to making the item, not shipping. Shipping time is separate and selected at checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds -

Once an order has entered production or has been made, orders cannot be canceled.
Because all items are custom or personalized, all sales are final, unless an error is made by SS Creations.

SS Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
