3. Spot Cleaning: Promptly attend to spills and stains by blotting them with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing the stain, as this may cause it to set deeper into the fibers. For stubborn stains, consult a professional rug cleaner.
4. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colors to fade over time. Place your rug away from windows or use window treatments to minimize UV exposure.
5. Use Rug Pads: Enhance the comfort and stability of your rug by placing a quality rug pad underneath. Rug pads also help prevent slipping and protect your floors from scratches.
6. Professional Cleaning: For a deep clean, consider professional rug cleaning every 12 to 18 months, depending on usage and soiling.

Shipping & Taxes:

1. Any size larger than 10 feet wide will be shipped folded. So you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage.
2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs.
3. All items will ship promptly after payment has cleared Paypal.
4. Please provide your correct/complete address along with your contact details to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
5. All items will be dispatched from India.
6. Handling time will vary for each item.
7. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days after an item is shipped.

Return & Exchange:

1. Return or exchange period is 30 days after delivery for most of the items listed in our store.
2. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. The item must be returned/shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
5. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the item when it's returned.

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. If the period of 24 hours passes and you still want to cancel your order, then there will be a certain percentage of cancellation charge because cancellation of any order in mid-production has a cost.

I’ve only given one star for the above because there is no option to give 0 .., the item itself is ok and to be fair pretty much as described but I’ve had to wait over 8 weeks for delivery and the communication and responses from this seller is horrendous! Hes lied continuously and has changed the goal Posts on the delivery 4 times even telling me he’d visit the courier personally and then telling me it had been shipped when I could see from the tracking it was still in India when I questioned this he told me the system wasn’t updated because of the ‘war’ or that he couldn’t refund from his end ????? He’s the seller the only one that can refund ! 🫣🫣
