What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All purchases are made final!! Please understand that I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items you received is damaged or if the item you received is different from what you ordered. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact me at scribblenib@gmail.com and I will be happy to refund you or send you a new item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I use the standard United States Post Service. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Why do I need to add my phone number to my order?

Please DON'T FORGET to ADD your contact number on the note of your order! If something were to happen to your package, the postal service company may be able to contact you. Once I have shipped an item, I am not responsible for any accidents by the postal service as I am not part of the USPS delivery system.
