My item was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

Detailed pictures of the item AND packaging from the buyer are REQUIRED if any type of refund is requested due to damage during shipping. Pictures must be sent to the seller within 7 days from delivery date. Seller will initiate a claim with the carrier, when applicable. The more detailed the pictures, the faster the claim can be processed by the carrier. Once the claim has been approved by the shipping carrier, a refund will be issued to the buyer. The carrier may take days or weeks to approve a claim, depending on the picture quality and case details. If the buyer is unable/unwilling to provide pictures of the damaged item and/or the packing material/box, the claim will be denied and a refund can not be issued.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, we now offer gift wrapping! All handmade pens and wine bottle stoppers are automatically gift wrapped - no need to select that option! All other items can be gift wrapped for a $4 additional fee. Items will be wrapped as suitable for each particular situation/item - some may be wrapped, others put in a gift bag. While I make every attempt to gift wrap in the most beautiful way possible, please understand it may not be perfect but it will look lovely for presentation. When selecting the gift wrap option, please include a brief description of the occasion and any pertinent details to help me select the most appropriate paper/bag type.

We try to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible, which includes reusing mailing boxes and envelopes to minimize waste. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to do the same!

I want to return my item. What do I do?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us with any issues with your order. Buyers should always read a listing description in its entirety. If your item arrives damaged, send us a Convo with pictures of the item AND the packaging. This is REQUIRED if you'd like a refund due to damage during shipping. See the FAQ on this topic. If an exception is made and a Return agreed upon, Buyer must ship the item back to Seller (at Buyer's expense) within 14 calendar days from delivery. When the item is received by Seller & verified to be in the same condition as originally shipped, a refund will be issued minus original shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if item is returned back damaged.

I need my order fast! Can you express ship???

No, we do not provide expedited shipping.

My item shows delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?

We are responsible for your purchase until is reaches the Post Office or other shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged, mis-delivered, or stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier with any concerns and/or with help tracking down a package.

How should I care for vintage Tupperware?

*The Tupperware we sell is in good, pre-owned condition w/ no structural defects to compromise its use. However, they are vintage items w/ an unknown history. We cannot predict if/when a piece may fail.**NO GUARANTEES ARE IMPLIED *Vintage Tupperware is delicate. Allow lids to come to room temperature before attempting to fit on a container. A cold lid will often break. Due to this, they are not recommended for use in a freezer. We also recommend hand washing instead of placing in the dishwasher. *Take a gentle approach when placing lids on canisters or bowls. Avoid pressing down in the center, especially with Servalier-style lids. *Tupperware offers a limited lifetime guarantee on their products. You may contact them for further info.

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday - Saturday, but add in Sundays during the holiday season. Packages are shipped via the most cost effective method, which is typically USPS Ground Advantage. Books are sent via USPS Media Mail. Buyers are encouraged to pay attention to Holiday Shipping Deadlines set by USPS, FedEx, and UPS when making purchases around the holidays. If a buyer needs faster shipping, they should message the Shop BEFORE PURCHASING to ensure their timeframe can be met. Due to the cost of shipping growing exponentially each year, a price increase may be needed for orders where Priority shipping is requested.

If I want to return an item, do I receive the full purchase price back?

Our shop policy is to not accept returns or exchanges. If an exception is made, the buyer will not be reimbursed the original shipping cost. This applies to ALL items sold, regardless of if the receipt shows a shipping charge or if shipping was included in the price. Items that weigh 1 lb or under typically cost up to $8.50 to ship, depending on location and size. Items 1 lb or greater cost, on average, $10-12 to ship. Heavy or oblong items are $16+. Buyers should ensure they read the Item Description and view all pictures to fully understand the product they are purchasing.

This listing is for a pre-owned vintage Measure Mate School Years Growth Picture Chart from 1985 Justen. Made of wood. It is a height ruler/marker that includes spots for your child's school picture for Pre-School to 6th Grade. It measures just over 48" tall and 6" wide. Excellent condition and UNUSED.
