➤𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 - 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: Please note that the regular delivery time of the first proof of the crest is 3-5 business days from the day we receive the filled design questionnaire, as we are not able to start before we receive it. If you are on a tight timeline or you just want to receive your proof faster, you can order the rush delivery option from the drop down menu. Please note that this add-on rushes the first proof delivery, but we are not able to rush possible modification rounds (if needed) with it. Read more about the modification round timelines below.

➤ 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑 - 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Once you see the draft please let us know if you need any changes to your crest within 5 business days. If you need more time to review the proof please let us know before the 5 business days are up. Unlimited small revisions are included, but please see the list of what is considered a free revision and what needs an additional fee in "Revisions" section below. Also, check out the revisions section below for more information about the process. Each revision round can take anywhere from a few hours to a few business days or more, depending on the revisions requested as well as our work flow, so we would appreciate your patience.

You will receive one flattened crest file with white background (in jpg format) and one flattened crest file with transparent background (in png format), or pdf file per request. We are also not able to send multiple versions of the crest. You can request this separately and we will give you a quote.

We are not able to offer something else for the liner (such as venue illustration, a geometrical pattern etc.), we can only use the same flower arrangement from your crest with this option. The envelope liner will take an additional few business days to be created once the crest is confirmed. Please note that we are not able to offer free revisions for the envelope liner, and that nothing will be shipped as it is a digital file. Thank you for understanding.

Please note that we will create a proof based on your questionnaire with the design we think fits best. If you have a special request regarding the flower density, please make sure to write it in the 'notes' section of the questionnaire
❌ Changing the floral placement after proof delivery
If you initially selected a specific floral placement in the questionnaire (e.g., "Top + Bottom") but later decide to switch to a different floral placement (e.g., "Wild Look") after the proof has been delivered, this will not be considered a free modification. In such cases, we will provide you with a quote for the additional design fee.
❌ Making significant changes to the flowers in your design (such as replacing all peonies on your crest with dahlias, or other alterations that modify the floral parts by 15-20% or more).
❌ New pet illustration. Please provide the pet in the pose and angle you want it to be painted
❌ New venue illustration. Please provide the venue in the angle you want it to be painted
❌ Adding new custom element which was not in the original questionnaire
❌ Any other big change
❌ Any change (big or small) requested after the 5 business days timeframe
