My tracking shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

First, please double-check any safe place around your address (front desk, mailroom, porch, neighbors, etc.). Then contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to request delivery details (GPS scan location or proof of delivery, if available). If it still cannot be located, please message us with your order number and tracking information. We will help start an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost or misdelivered, we can arrange a replacement shipment or a refund in line with our shop policy.

Do you accept returns for personalized/custom orders?

Because each personalized item is made specifically to your request, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized orders. If your order arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us with photos and we will make it right.
