No washing machine. Only clean the painted areas gently with a soft, damp cloth. After cleaning, use a leather spray to protect the sneakers — we recommend those from Angelus or Crep Protect. If you take good care of them and watch where you wear them, they’ll stay looking great. They’re customized sneakers, so handle them with care to extend their life.

Are the custom sneakers waterproof?

The paint is water-resistant. We seal every design with a protective finish to ensure durability, but avoid heavy rain or submerging your sneakers in water.

Can I change the sneaker design after placing the order?

You can make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and any changes may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally? And how long does shipping take?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping with delivery in 3–7 business days for Europe and 5–10 business days for the USA and the rest of the world. In a hurry? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for expedited delivery.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

EU customers do not pay extra costs, as VAT is already included. For orders outside Europe, local duties or taxes may apply and are collected by the carrier at delivery. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs or import fees.
