Q: When will my order arrive? A: International orders have an estimated arrival of up to 1 month! Orders will not be tracked unless upgraded. Q: What if my order is lost? A: As this is a small business, I am currently unable to give any refunds for your mail once it leaves the post office. If there are shipping issues, I can send a replacement; however, you would be responsible for the reshipping fee (via paypal) and I will ship your order out again! Replacements can only be sent if the customer reaches out within 3 months of ordering. Q: Customs A: I am not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other local postal requirements that may be issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
