Can I cancel my my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer accepted. This applies to all made-to-order and custom items. All custom and personalized orders are FINAL sale.

How long will it take for my made-to-order veil to be processed and shipped?

All our veils are made to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Once your veil is ready, it will be shipped promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products, items such as veils are considered final sale. We cannot accept items that have been tried on, worn, or handled after delivery. Please review all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or need assistance selecting an item, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
