Custom and personalized orders

Everything in my shop is handmade and they all have an option to be customized with your names, titles or even with your own designs. Everything is personalized with HTV. We are using a high quality vinyl or glitter according each material. For further information you can check it in each listing.

All the goods are true to size and they fit perfect. For each item you can check sizing details in the listing description.

•Don't wash for at least 24 hours after pressing HTV needs time to cure. •Don't dry clean You should never dry clean garments decorated with HTV. •Wash and dry inside out This step is recommended for not only the intial wash, but also every wash / dry cycle after that. •Choose cold or warm water for washing When washing clothing decorated with HTV, you should never use temperatures that exceed 178 F. •Use mild detergent Any detergent that has special additives to "whiten", "fight stains", or "brighten colors" is going to be too harsh for your HTV. •Dry on low or hang dry Hang dry is the best way to dry HTV decorated garments, but it is okay to tumble dry or use low heat. •Don’t iron directly on it •No bleach or fabric softeners

For the non-customized products we can offer only exchange, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

The slippers are fantastic! I bought these as gifts for my sister’s bachelorette party. The burgundy is a nice deep red and the material is very soft. The size I originally purchased was out of stock, but the store owner contacted me with alternative options in a timely manner. I went with the next size up (Large) and they fit just as good. Can’t wait for everyone to wear them!
