1. When will my order ship and how long does delivery take? 🚚

At Monmonkie, all items are made to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days. Once completed, orders ship via standard delivery, which usually takes 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery should be calculated as production time plus shipping time. If you need it faster, express shipping is available for an additional fee.

2. What brands do you use? Are sizes unisex? 📏

We use Gildan and Comfort Colors. In our kids collection, Rabbit Skins is also available. Both adult and youth garments are unisex. Size charts clearly indicate which sizes belong to which brand. Please review the size and color charts before ordering. If a color appears in the chart but not in the ordering panel, simply contact us.

3. What is the difference between a sweatshirt and a hoodie? 👕

A sweatshirt does not have a hood. A hoodie includes a hood and usually a front pocket. Product images may show different styles together. The item type you select at checkout is exactly what will be produced and shipped, so please double check your selection.

4. The listing shows multiple items. How many will I receive? 🛍️

Some images may display multiple items for fun styling or group examples. However, you will receive only the quantity added to your cart. The number shown in photos does not determine what is shipped. Please add the exact quantity you would like to purchase.

5. What printing methods are used? Are they durable? 🧵

Depending on the design, we use DTF printing or embroidery. Embroidery is stitched with thread for a textured, premium look. DTF printing provides vibrant colors and sharp details. With proper care, both methods are durable and made for everyday wear.

6. How should I wash my garment? 🧼

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying and do not iron directly over the design. Proper care helps maintain the quality and brightness of both print and embroidery.

7. Do you offer personalization and bulk orders? ✏️

Yes, you can add names, dates, years, or custom text. Please complete the personalization field carefully. Upon request, a digital preview can be sent before production begins. Once approved, the design is forwarded to our production partner and production starts.

8. Returns, shipping delays, and digital files 📦

All items are made to order, so personalized products are non returnable. If your order was shipped on time and delayed by the carrier, refunds are not issued. In such cases, Etsy Buyer Protection Program may apply and we help guide customers through that process when needed. We do not sell digital files. PNG, SVG, or downloadable designs are not available.
