PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Production is typically completed within 2 to 4 business days after final design or mockup approval.

Shipping normally takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

WAREHOUSING AND SHIPPING ORIGIN

Warehouse support is available in the USA only.

A non-personalized jacket may be dispatched from the USA when the selected design and size are available in stock. Personalized, custom-size, or unavailable products may be manufactured and shipped directly from our production facility in Pakistan.

The dispatch location depends on stock availability and customization requirements.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Personalized and custom-size jackets are produced specifically for each customer. Products are not eligible for return or exchange because of:

• Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
• Approved name, number, flag, color, or text
• Approved logo placement or design layout
• A change of preference after production

Please contact us promptly if the jacket contains a confirmed manufacturing error or differs materially from the approved design. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless another arrangement is agreed upon for a verified production error.
