Are all dresses made by my shop?

Since I’m unable to produce every Dress myself, I work with a trusted production partner in China who helps bring these designs to life. All orders are shipped from my Apartment in Kentucky.

For the best results, we recommend hand washing all dresses to help maintain their quality and delicate details.

How do I choose the right size for my child?

Finding the right fit is easy with a few simple steps: Measure your child’s chest, height, and preferred dress length from shoulder to hem. Compare these measurements with the size chart included in the product description. Sizing Tips: If your child falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort. For a slimmer fit, select the size closest to your child’s measurements. If your child has a broader build, sizing up may provide a more comfortable fit. Need help choosing? Send us your child’s measurements, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How long does shipping take?

Each order is prepared with care before shipping. Processing Time: Approximately 1–3 business days. Estimated Delivery: Usually 7–15 days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other shipping conditions.

How can I keep my dress in good condition?

To help preserve the fabric, shape, and decorative details of your dress, please follow these care recommendations: Gentle Hand Washing: Use cool water and a mild detergent, especially for delicate fabrics such as tulle, velvet, and lace. Avoid Twisting: Gently press out excess water instead of wringing the dress. Air Dry: Lay the dress flat on a clean towel and allow it to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Skip Machine Washing: Avoid washing machines and tumble dryers, as they may damage delicate trims, lace, sequins, or other embellishments. Following these steps can help keep your dress looking lovely for future celebrations and dress-up occasions.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges for dresses that are unused and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the item remains unworn and suitable for return.

It is absolutely beautiful my sister and I put it out already — we have decided for the holidays to purchase more for relatives from this company — the quality is amazing and lighting is beautiful and calming — it’s bright enough we sit out without a lamp — I would definitely recommend this tree to anyone interested — you will be well pleased
