We have found the best way to clean ALL off our products is to hand wash them with warm soapy water and mild soap. A bottle brush works great to get those hard-to-reach spaces! Dry upside down with unrestricted airflow to the opening. Do not leave liquids in our wooden mug, wine glass or knob shot for long standing periods of time, such as overnight. Do not freeze or use ANY of the products in the dishwasher or microwave.

What if my mug is damaged?

We request that the customer/recipient send a clear picture of the problem and any order details to our management team at support@dugoutmugs.com. From there we will check for warranty coverage and expedite a replacement directly to you.

How do I check the status of my order?

At each stage of your order process, we will send you an email to update you on its progress. Please make sure to check your email and remove any restrictions from receiving our mail. If you have not received any confirmation from our team, please email us at support@dugoutmugs.com or right here on Etsy.

Can I use a trademarked logo?

Yes, Dugout Mug® Baseball Bat Mugs can be made with trademarked images, however, we request an approval letter from the organization granting us the rights to use the logo.

What can I put on the mugs?

Our mugs are fully customizable. You can have text, images, logos, and more. We DO request that any images are plain black and white, and in a vector format.

How do you seal your product?

We use a water-based sealant that has been tested & is considered safe to drink from. We consider this a trade secret; however, if needing documentation for larger orders, we can provide that documentation.
