🛋️ **Everything You Need to Know About This Rug**

I design each rug as more than just a floor covering; I create it as a decorative piece intended to bring character, atmosphere, and harmony to your space.

I prepare my rugs using **high-resolution digital printing technology**. The artwork is printed directly onto the surface; it is not embossed, tufted, or three-dimensional.

I offer different base and size options depending on whether you prefer lightweight everyday use, non-slip performance, or a softer and more comfortable surface.

🧵 **3 Different Base Options – Choose According to Your Use Case**

🌿 **Cotton Base (Economy Series)**
• Lightweight, foldable, and breathable
• Does not contain non-slip support
• Suitable for everyday use
• A simple and budget-friendly option
• **On smooth or slippery floors, I recommend using a separate rug pad if additional grip is needed.**
👉 Recommended for: Bedrooms, small spaces, under coffee tables or desks

👣 **Rubber Base (Non-Slip Series)**
• Synthetic leather base with sponge + fabric layers
• Non-slip surface — no rug pad needed
• Machine washable
• Suitable for homes with children and pets
👉 Recommended for: Living rooms, kitchens, entryways, and high-traffic areas

☁️ **Cotton Soft Pile (Ultra Comfort)**
• Ultra-soft top surface with a bamboo-like feel
• Provides extra softness and comfort underfoot
• Machine washable
• Designed for comfort-focused spaces
👉 Recommended for: Kids’ rooms, homes with babies, bedrooms, relaxation and meditation areas

✨ **Product Quality & Technical Features**

• **I personally create each design, and every design offered in my shop is an original design created by me**
• High-resolution digital printing
• Vibrant colors designed to maintain their appearance with proper care
• Approximate thickness: **4–7 mm depending on the selected base**
• Lightweight, low-profile construction
• Overlocked edges for durability
• Does not shed or pill
• Hypoallergenic and non-toxic materials
• Suitable for children and pets
• Compatible with robot vacuums
• Stain-resistant surface

⚠️ **Thickness & Texture – Please Read Before Ordering**

I produce my rugs with a **lightweight and low-profile structure**. They are not intended to feel like thick, heavily padded, or traditional plush carpets.

Thickness, softness, texture, and surface feel vary depending on the base option you select. I strongly recommend reviewing the product photos, videos, and base descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If the product matches the specifications and information provided in the listing, **differences in personal expectations regarding thickness, softness, texture, or surface feel are not considered production defects.**

🧼 **Care & Cleaning**

• For everyday cleaning, you can vacuum or shake the rug
• Suitable for regular cleaning with a robot vacuum
• A standard household vacuum cleaner or handheld vacuum can also be used
• For spot cleaning, use mild soap and water
• Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle
• I do not recommend high-speed spinning or tumble drying
• I recommend allowing the rug to air-dry naturally

🎨 **Customization & Different Format Options**

If you have a design idea or a ready-made image that you would like to turn into a rug, feel free to contact me. I can create a personalized version according to your preferred size and format.

If you like one of my existing designs but would prefer it in a **different shape, size, proportion, or layout**, please message me. I can adapt the design to a different rug format or measurement while preserving its overall character.

I can also make changes to **colors, text, specific objects, or other design elements** whenever possible.

If you would like any modification or a different version of a design, please contact me before ordering. I will review your request and prepare a suitable version whenever possible.

🚚 **Shipping & Packaging**

• Production time: 3–5 business days
• I ship each rug securely folded or vacuum-packed
• Temporary fold marks may appear after unpacking; these naturally relax over time once the rug is laid flat
• I ship orders via FedEx and UPS Express Shipping
• Delivery times may vary by country

⚠️ **Important Information**

• Slight color or tone differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the digital printing process
• A ±3–5% size tolerance may occur during production
• I prepare each rug individually after the order is placed

📐 **Size & Ratio Selection – Please Read Carefully**

I prepare my designs in different width-to-length ratios, including 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, and other dimensions.

👉 As the size and ratio you choose change, it is natural for:

• The rug to appear longer, wider, or narrower
• Different parts of the design to become more prominent
• The overall visual balance and perception of the artwork to change slightly

These natural proportional differences are **not considered printing defects.**

🔎 If you are unsure how the design will look in your selected size, you can contact me and request a size-specific preview before production.

🔁 **Return Policy**

Please contact me through Etsy messages before starting any return process.

• I accept returns only in cases of a **genuine printing or production defect, shipping damage, or if the item received is significantly different from the order specifications.**

• **Not liking the rug, changing your mind, or differences in personal preference or expectations regarding thickness, texture, softness, surface feel, color tone, or overall appearance are not considered valid reasons for return when the product matches the listing description and specifications.**

• Slight color differences caused by screen settings, lighting conditions, or the nature of digital printing are not considered printing defects.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Any returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• I do not accept returns for custom, personalized, specially modified, or non-standard size orders unless there is a genuine production defect or shipping damage.

If your rug arrives damaged or you believe there is a genuine printing or production issue, please contact me through Etsy messages and send clear photos showing the problem. I will carefully review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

💬 **Final Note**

Before placing your order, I strongly recommend reviewing the product photos, videos, base options, measurements, thickness information, and full description carefully.

If you have any questions about the material, thickness, size, texture, design appearance, customization, or a different format, please feel free to message me before purchasing. I will be happy to help.
