You will receive an email from Etsy with a link to immediately download your files after payment is confirmed. Files CANNOT be downloaded via phone or tablet on the Etsy app. You will need to bypass the app and download your file directly from the Etsy website from your browser.

You will receive a PNG or JPG file (depending on the file size). Both are compatible for sublimation printing.

Please make sure you have the required software to use this graphic before making your purchase (eg. PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, PaintShop, Inkscape, Gimp, etc.)

Mock-Up Usage:
You may use my mock-ups for listing photos on Etsy or your e-commerce sites unless otherwise stated (personal photos, etc.) You may also use my mock-ups before purchasing files to gauge interest with your customers.

If you are using mock-ups as listing photos, it is recommended to disclose this to your customers. Mock-ups and finished products will vary and this will cover you with your customers.
