All of our vintage + products are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap before, they are delicately put into an assorted shipping box filled with shipping peanuts to ensure they are shipped damage free!

If there's an issue with my item can I return it

If you get your item and you notice there is an issue with it, whether it has been damaged, of there is imperfections not noted in the description. You can send us an email, we are more than happy to make our customers happy, because a happy customer is a returning customer! Simply send us a message and we will happy to inquire possibilities to make you satisfied.

Note when available we ship all parcels through Canada Post International Parcel, this means not all packages have tracking to them. Meaning we are not responsible for your package after it leaves our offices. If Tracked shipping is a direct need for you please contact us and we can upgrade your shipping options.

Note if you decide to Cancel an order, we charge a $5 restocking Fee, this covers the costs required to relist the item, and covers fees applied with the item.

The Pendant is in very fine Vintage condition with no loses or repairs. Showing only the most minor signs of use and age.
