NAPKIN COLORS & TEXTURES
Our napkins are available in two distinct finishes: solid colors, which have a smooth, uniform appearance, and linen-like colors, which feature a subtle crosshatch texture that mimics the look and feel of natural linen. The linen-like options add an especially elegant, organic touch and pair beautifully with garden-inspired or vintage aesthetics. Both finishes are stunning — it simply comes down to the look you love most.


Please note that each order is printed in a single napkin color. If you'd like two different colors — for example, 50 pink and 50 yellow — simply place each as its own separate order so we can ensure everything is produced perfectly for you.

HOW TO ORDER

Select your desired quantity from the dropdown menu.
Choose your napkin color.
Enter your personalization details in the Personalization box.
This may include things such as:


Names, initials, monograms, or dates
Any text or wording you would like included
Foil color preference
Orientation or layout preference
Any additional details or special requests

Add to cart and complete checkout.
(Optional) If you would like a proof, please note this in the Personalization box before completing your purchase.


CUSTOM ARTWORK & FONTS
If you'd like to incorporate outside artwork or custom fonts not already offered in our shop, a custom listing will need to be purchased. Please reach out to us before placing your order so we can create the appropriate listing for you and ensure your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined.


OUT OF STOCK COLORS
Please note that some napkin colors may occasionally be out of stock. If your selected color is unavailable, we will reach out to you directly with the following options:

1.Keep your order — if the color is expected to be restocked in time for your event date.
2.Choose a different napkin color — we will provide available alternatives for you to select from.
3.Full refund — if neither option works for you, we will issue a complete refund, no questions asked.

We will always communicate with you promptly if a stock issue arises, which is another reason we strongly recommend checking out with an active Etsy account rather than guest checkout so we are able to reach you without delay.


PROOFS
A digital proof is available upon request. Please note this in the Personalization box at checkout. Proofs are typically delivered within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your proof is sent, please review it carefully and respond with approval or any requested changes within 5 business days. If no response is received within that time, your order will automatically move into production as submitted. Daring & Darling is not responsible for delays, errors, or dissatisfaction resulting from unanswered proof communications.

If a proof is not requested at the time of purchase, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the final product as submitted. No reprints or refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with design placement, font choice, spelling, or layout when a proof was not requested.


PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOM ERRORS
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization details entered at checkout, including initials, names, dates, spelling, and layout preferences. Daring & Darling will produce your order exactly as submitted. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


COLOR & FOIL VARIATION
Napkin colors and foil finishes are represented as accurately as possible, but all screens, monitors, and devices display color differently. Actual product colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Additionally, once your napkins arrive, the lighting in your space can also affect how colors and foil finishes appear — natural daylight, warm indoor lighting, and cool overhead lighting can all make the same napkin look like a slightly different shade. Foil finishes may also appear differently depending on lighting conditions. These variations are inherent to the nature of digital screens, lighting environments, and the printing process and are not considered defects. No refunds or reprints will be issued for color or finish differences.



ARTWORK SUBMISSION
For foil-stamped products, artwork must be submitted in a high-contrast, black-and-white format with no gray tones or color elements. Daring & Darling is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, improperly formatted, or color-based artwork submitted by the customer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of artwork concerns before production begins.


MADE-TO-ORDER & ALL SALES FINAL
All items are made to order and personalized specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please carefully review all details — including spelling, color selections, and personalization — before completing your purchase.


ORDER CANCELLATION BY DARING & DARLING
While we do our very best to accommodate every order, there are certain circumstances under which we reserve the right to cancel an order on our end. These include, but are not limited to: requests we are unable to fulfill as submitted, custom artwork being requested without the purchase of a custom listing, or shipping requirements we are unable to accommodate. In any of these situations, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. Cancellations made under these circumstances will be processed within 3 business days. We will always communicate clearly and work with you whenever possible before making the decision to cancel.


DAMAGES & ORDER DISCREPANCIES
We take great care in producing and packaging every order, but if your napkins arrive damaged or if you believe there is a discrepancy in your quantity, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accommodated. When reaching out, please include your order number and photos documenting the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We are unable to ship to non-contiguous U.S. locations, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories. If your shipping address falls outside of these areas, your order may be subject to cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions about shipping eligibility.


COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor Etsy messages and any associated email for communication from Daring & Darling regarding proofs or order questions.
