📦 Missing Items in an Order

If your package shows no movement for 10 business days or is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. ⚠️ Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Some carriers (DHL eCommerce, Pitney Bowes, USPS) may take a few days to update tracking during handoffs, especially in busy seasons. This is normal. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days, message me - I’ll check with the production partner and monitor it closely. If there is still no progress after around 10 days or if the carrier declares the package lost, I will arrange a replacement. ✨ Side note: Pause Reality is print-on-demand shop, so orders are produced and shipped by our production partners after we submit them.
