Gift wrapping and packaging

Every purchase is packed with love and attention to detail. Purchases arrive in a jewelry box tied with a bow and ready for gifting. Be sure to include a gift message and any additional information at checkout. Multiple item orders will be packed in the same box to avoid excess packaging and waste unless otherwise requested. During the holiday season, we offer a gold box tied with a festive red ribbon in addition to our standard all occasion packaging.

What are your return and exchange policies?

For hygiene and safety reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings. Custom design work is also ineligible for return unless a mistake is made be me. All other items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please message me first so that I will be expecting your return and then mail the item back to me at the following address: Memorie and Company 157 White Oak Lane Monticello, AR 71655 Please use the original packaging to protect your item in transit. Postal machines can crush beads if the item is not packaged properly. I will issue a refund for the item upon receipt less a $5 restocking fee. If you need another size, you can purchase that at any time.

Bracelet sizing is a matter of personal preference. For best fit, measure your wrist at the wrist bone with a measuring tape or a string. Add 1/2" to that measurement for a snug fit, 3/4" - 1" for a comfort fit, and 1" or more for a looser fit. If you don't see the size you need available, please message me. I will be happy help with a custom size. When placing an order for a custom length, please select the nearest size available and make a note in the comment section of your order stating the size that you want.

Can you repair and resize items?

Yes! We are happy to accept items purchased from us for repair or resizing. The fee for this service is $7 per item and includes return shipping. Please message us to initiate this process.

CARE AND STORAGE
Remove any makeup and body oils that may collect on your piece by polishing with a soft cloth. To deep clean, soak your piece in a solution of warm water and mild dish liquid for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water, allow to air dry and polish with a soft cloth. Moonstone and Labradorite are delicate so please wear and store with care.
