How do I personalise my mug? Simply enter the name you would like printed on the mug in the personalisation box on the listing page before adding it to your basket. Can I add any name to the mug? Yes. Most of our designs allow you to add almost any name, nickname or short phrase. If you are unsure whether your wording will work, feel free to message us before ordering and we will happily help. What happens if I make a spelling mistake? Because personalised mugs are made specifically for each order, we print exactly what is entered at checkout. Please double check spelling before placing your order. If you realise immediately after ordering, send us a message as soon as possible and we will try to help before production starts.

How long does it take to make and ship my mug?

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within our stated processing time shown on the listing. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method and location.

Can I send the mug directly as a gift?

Yes. Many of our mugs are bought as gifts. You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Pricing information is never included in the parcel.
