IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE”:

If the address you entered at the time of purchase was incorrect, your package may be marked as "Undeliverable" and is usually returned to me. Once it arrives back, I’ll be happy to reship your order, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs in full. 😊

MY ORDER TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT PACKAGE IS MISSING:

If the tracking states that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, the first step is to contact your local post office (only customers can do this due to privacy laws) and check with your neighbors. Often, packages marked as delivered end up being delivered a day or two later, so I recommend waiting an extra couple of BUSINESS days. If it still hasn't arrived, feel free to contact me.

If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, I ask that you allow an additional 7 days for it to arrive, just in case it’s backed up at a sort facility. If your tracking doesn’t update or your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days, I’ll work with you to either issue a refund or send a replacement order. Etsy’s protection program is also available to help. 😊

Please know that I cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. When you place your order, you’ll receive an *estimated* delivery date based on your zip code. Once the package is in the carrier’s hands, I have no control over transit or delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery time, feel free to reach out to me via private message. Mail speeds can be influenced by various factors like weather or holidays, so I may ask that you wait an additional 7 days in case your order is delayed at a sorting facility. If it still hasn’t arrived after those 7 days, I’ll do everything I can to work with you toward a solution. 😊

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM:

I don’t goof often, but if I do, I’ll always make it right for you. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please let me know within 5 days of the delivery date so I can fix it ASAP. I can offer a replacement or refund as long as you provide proof of the issue (such as photos, videos, or a notification from your local post office confirming the damage). 😊
