How long does production take?

Most products are made to order and require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production may take longer during holidays, major sales, or other high-volume periods. Production time is separate from shipping time.

When will my order arrive? The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy includes both production and shipping time. This date is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and increased holiday demand may affect delivery. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact me within 5 hours of placing your order if you need to request a cancellation. After this period, the order may already have entered production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Personalized orders cannot be canceled after the custom artwork has been approved or submitted for production.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because each product is made specifically for the customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection, color preference, change of mind, or accidental purchase. Please review the size chart and product information before ordering. This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under local consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect? Please contact me through Etsy Messages within 14 days of delivery. Include a clear photograph of the entire product, a close-up of the problem, and a photograph of the packaging or shipping label if relevant. If a manufacturing error is confirmed, I will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Custom and personalized orders

How does personalization work? Enter the requested name, date, wording, color, or other information in the personalization field. Please check the spelling carefully because the information will be reproduced exactly as submitted. If proof approval is included with the listing, I will send a preview through Etsy Messages, normally within 24 hours. One reasonable round of corrections is included. Changes cannot be made after production begins.

How do I choose the correct size? Most apparel is offered in a relaxed unisex fit. Please compare the measurements in the listing’s size chart with a similar item you already own. Choose your usual size for a relaxed fit, size down for a more fitted look, or size up for an oversized look. Measurements may vary by approximately 1–1.5 inches due to the manufacturing process.

Color and Print Appearance

Will the printed colors look exactly like my screen? Colors may vary slightly because screens display colors differently and the selected garment color can affect the appearance of the artwork. Apparel is primarily printed using direct-to-garment technology. Small variations in color, texture, print placement, and appearance are normal characteristics of the custom printing process.

How should I care for my apparel? • Machine wash cold and inside out • Use mild detergent • Wash with similar colors • Tumble dry on low or hang to dry • Do not use bleach • Do not dry clean • Do not iron directly over the printed design Following these instructions will help preserve the garment and print.
