Return:
You can return a watch within 14 days of delivery if it doesn't match the description. You need to cover the shipping cost for returning the watch. If the watch is undamaged, you will be granted a full refund.

Unclaimed Packages:
If a customer does not claim their package and it gets back to us we will need to charge Re-shipment fee of €10.00. Also if Customer does not pick up the order, he can be refunded.
