What is the 3 Day shipping Upgrade and do I need to upgrade my shipping?

The UPS 3 Day Select Upgrade assures that your plant is in transit for no more than 3 days. We ask that you upgrade if you are in the following states: Arizona, Oregon, Montana, California, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately we do no offer free shipping to HIwaii, Virgin Islands, or Alaska. We ask customers from these states to purchase a USPS upgrade. Sorry we do not Ship Plants to Puerto Rico

How do you pack your plants for shipping?

We carefully pack our plants covering the soil with synthetic cotton securing it with clear tape, then we place them in a papel sleeve to ensure their leaves won’t be damaged We put bamboo sticks so that they do not slide in the box and then fill the box with eco-packing peanuts or paper to make sure the plant is secure in place We place fragile stickers visible on the box and usually ship a large amount of plants together to make sure Fedex is extra careful Once in transit it us up to Fedex to deliver on their promises of caring for perishables. If there is any issue during transit we take it up with Fedex. During winter we add insulation to plant orders that are being delivered to especially cold states.

What happens if my plant arrives delayed and damaged?

Please note we DO NOT offer full refunds on any orders. We ask that customers reach out within 48 hours of receiving their plant with pictures so that we may set up a claim with the shipper. After the claim is set up we work with customers on a solution with either a replacement or a partial refund.

Please remember that you are buying a living plant. Both flowering and non-flowering plants go through natural cycles, which means they might not always look as perfect as they do in the images. If you'd like, we can provide photos of the actual inventory upon request.

Sun-grown Plants Only. In order to acclimate your plants to indoor environments, a transition period is necessary. It is recommended that the plants receive at least 4-6 hours of direct sunlight during the first two weeks after acquiring them. Following this initial period, you can then move them indoors and position them close to a window where they can continue to receive direct sunlight.

To help combat the weather conditions and delayed transit times, we highly recommend upgrading your purchase to UPS 3-day Select Shipping, especially for our customers on the West Coast, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Oregon & Washington.

MIKEY Jun 5, 2026

Plants are a third of the size pictured. Poor packaging, a basic big box store nursery plant placed into pot stuffed with cotton into loose soil. 50$ plant sold as 199$. Buyers remorse instantly.

Response from Maria

Thank you for your feedback. The plant sent was a healthy specimen and was packaged using our standard shipping methods designed to protect live plants during transit. As stated in our listings, live plants can vary in size and appearance from listing photos. We apologize for any loose soil caused during shipping and would have appreciated the opportunity to assist before a review was posted.
