Did not need customer service, but I didn’t want to NOT rate. Delivered in a timely fashion & is super colorful and comfy. Had a lil bit of a smell, but I feel that was due to packing materials. Washed & smell cleared.
The color and design was not so good .1 side was light color and another side deep.surely the deep color will bleed and be on the other side .Plus it was smelling weird so it will surely need 1st wash..
The item is a quilted 16x16 pillow covers. It has a zipper to insert the pillow and remove for washing. I love the two colors as they match my bedroom.
