What happened to the item I had saved in my cart?

Vintage items frequently sell out quickly, and because of the nature of internet transactions, it's possible that someone else bought the item, removing the item from your cart. When buying a vintage item, we generally encourage our customers to act swiftly, decisively, and enthusiastically because they tend to sell out rapidly. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team; perhaps we can locate a comparable item for you!

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

How will my item(s) be packed?

Items are wrapped in a combination of packing paper and bubble wrap. In order to minimize movement during shipment, your item(s) will be carefully tucked inside a box encircled by a layer of packing paper, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and Styrofoam. Being experienced glass shippers, we understand what it takes to deliver your items undamaged to you. In an effort to reduce waste, we utilize as much recycled packing material as we can. This might consist of things like boxes, packaging peanuts, bubble wrap, and packing paper.

If my item arrives damaged, what should I do?

Should your item arrive damaged, kindly get in touch with us right away. We have a limited amount of time to submit a claim to the shipping carrier. Hold onto the item, the contents of the packaging, and the box; photographic proof will be needed. In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us as soon as possible if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Am I able to return an item?

Returns are accepted. If you would like to return an item, you must get in touch with us within three days of receiving your shipment. Please send us a message using the Contact button on our Etsy page. We will provide you directions on where and how to send your package if your return is approved. We won't accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one. After the item(s) are delivered, you have 14 days to ship them back to our store. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer bears the responsibility for any value loss if the item is not returned to its original, undamaged condition.

As soon as we've received and examined your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company. The initial shipping charges are not refundable.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not accepted.
