Etsy currently shows item prices with full postage included. When ordering multiple items, you only pay postage once at checkout. Delivery timescales are ESTIMATES only. Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays in many areas, so your order may take longer to arrive than usual. Items are only classed as lost 10 working days after the due date, and refunds can’t be issued before then. If your order is time-sensitive, we highly recommend choosing Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout instead of standard 1st Class. Optional extras like card upgrades, envelope printing and guest name printing can all be selected on the personalisation form we email after placing your order.

All our products are handmade, cut, stuck and put together by hand. They are therefore never 100% uniform. COLOURS Although we try our best to show you colours we offer, actual shades may vary on different screen monitors. In addition, shade variations occasionally occur in different stock batches. DESIGNS As our stationery is fully customisable, you can change any element. You can also mix two different designs, free of charge. TEXT We offer some templates to choose from, but you can send your own text if you prefer.

Samples give you an idea of the print quality, size, colours etc. for you to check our invitations first-hand. Our samples are pre-printed, so only come with RANDOM WORDING details. However it will be made in YOUR CHOSEN COLOURS. If after seeing the sample you decide to order your wedding stationery with us then following the purchase of your invites you will receive a digital preview of your wording so any changes will be possible before printing. DELIVERY TIME for samples – up to 1 week If we don’t hear from you within the week from sample purchase date we will send a sample with random colours.

You can split your order into 2 different wording – full day & evening only invitations OR invites in English & in any other language. There is an extra charge for any additional wording within the order (i.e. third language etc.). Please contact us for a full quote before you place an order.

We offer a 10% discount on orders over £200. The order must be placed all at once, but it can include different items. Part of your order can also be put “on hold” and be produced and sent at a later date if needed. Ordering everything at once helps you save money and time, while ensuring all of your stationery is beautifully coordinated and perfectly matching.

You are responsible for supplying correct information and spelling. As all orders are personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an error is made by us. If a mistake has been made by you, we can offer to make a full reprint of the invitations at a lower cost. Any concerns regarding your order must be raised within 30 days from receiving your order. Unfortunately, after this time, we will no longer be able to assist in resolving the issue.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase (or until we start to work on your proof) – a full refund will be given. If you want to cancel your order after receiving first proof, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation is only available until you approve the digital proofs. PACKAGE CANCELLATION If you need to cancel the rest of your package after receiving some part of it, we will recount the quote and subtract the value of sent products (without any discounts). Depending on the work done at the time of cancellation, we will keep 25% of its value as a cancellation fee, or we will refund you the whole quote if you haven’t receive a proof yet. Package cancellation available only until 60 days before the wedding date.
