If by any reasons you are not satisfied with the item you bought from my shop, please contact me within 14 business days. - the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, UNUSED, not damaged; - for EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item; - for the US and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 21 days. - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The parcel has to be with a tracking number. Refund will be made WITHOUT the shipping price and 20 % from the value - for free shipping too. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. And the refund will be after purchase returned. Custom orders cannot be returned

Some of my items are available for wholesale to boutiques and galleries. Please contact me about the pieces you are interested in and about the quantity of each.

We pack the mirrors in safe, strong, wooden boxes. But glass is a very fragile thing. Sometimes our mirrors travel half way around the world and there is a chance that this will happen. If this happens, the glass can be easily replaced. You replace the glass and we refund the cost of the glass and the replacement. By purchasing mirror you agree to this condition.

Non-delivery of the goods due to the buyer's fault

If the parcel cannot be delivered to the buyer due to the buyer's fault (the buyer does not respond to calls, e-mails, messages, etc., is not at home at the time of delivery, the buyer has provided false and inaccurate contact information) and the parcel is returned to the seller, in this case the buyer pays all the costs of returning the parcel costs to the seller.

For successful delivery of packages, it is essential to provide your phone number. Without a phone number, the package will NOT BE SENT.

The item is being returned from a non-European Union country

In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and timely return documents. The return invoice must contain correct information. If the customer fails to provide or provides incorrect information or documents, and as a result, the seller has to pay customs duty for the returned product, this fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

Custom and personalized orders

If the customer cancels a custom order (not due to the seller's fault) that has already been paid for, the buyer will be refunded the amount paid minus 10 percent of the product price. Custom orders cannot be returned. Any modification of a product that has already been manufactured and is available in the store (including, but not limited to, changes in design, size, color, configuration, or other characteristics) shall be considered an individual customer order and shall be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to individual orders.

Deductions for DDP Shipping

If your order was shipped to you under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, it means we paid all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the event of a return, all import taxes, duties, and other fees that we paid for this specific item will be deducted from your refundable amount. You will be refunded the item price minus these charges.

Damaged Items During Delivery

To ensure that your order arrives in good condition, please inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery. Before signing any documents with the courier, make sure the package is undamaged and the item is intact. Check both the exterior and interior of the package. If you notice any damages or issues, report them to the courier immediately and document the problem. Once the item is accepted and no claims are made to the courier, we will unfortunately be unable to provide compensation or a refund for any damage that may have occurred during transport.
