Why my order did not arrive within the time window given by Etsy? What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

The dates given by Etsy are only estimated and are NOT GUARANTEED. Once an order has been dispatched is handled by the postal service which can be affected by any kind of unforeseeable event. We recommend to place an order well ahead of time, if your items are time sensitive. If any item does not arrive within 10 days from dispatch, please let us know so we can look more closely into the matter. Nevertheless, Fabu Folia Crafts is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen, all circumstances which are beyond our control. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

Please ensure your postal address is entered correctly. Errors and / or omissions can lead to delayed shipping and even lost orders which Fabu Folia Crafts is not liable for. If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Do you offer rush shipping?

All orders will be processed in our standard 1-3 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 1 business day.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Due to the nature of the products we sell we do not offer exchanges or returns. EXCEPTION 1: if your order does not arrive on time for your event, you can return it to Fabu Folia Crafts. Upon receipt of the unopened and undamaged item(s), Fabu Folia Crafts can offer a full refund, but you will have to ship and pay the package yourself. EXCEPTION 2: Certain items are printed by our third-party partner, as noted in the item’s listing. For these items, if you report an issue within 30 days of receiving them, we can offer a reprint or a refund, provided the third-party partner approves the complaint. In order for this to happen, kindly ensure that you provide large, clear, and detailed photos that showcase the print and highlight the issue.

Why does my package look reused?

Occasionally, your packaging box might be reused! To reduce waste, we repurpose paper boxes whenever possible. While we haven’t yet found paper bags suitable for our party supplies, we make an effort to reuse plastic packaging as much as we can. We strive to reuse everything—from bubble wrap to sellotape—to ensure minimal environmental impact.

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

What is a template file? Who owns the copyright of the templates you sell?

A template file is a digital image file that you can edit by using computer software such as Photoshop, Canva, Design Space and other photo editing softwares. Our Mockup files are Flat JPG files and will not have any of our watermark or design on the actual images you'll receive so you can easily just add your own designs on it. You should use any template for personal use. You only hold a limited license to use this template and you shall not redistribute or sell this template to any other buyer withouth the written permission of Fabu Folia.

What paper do I use for printing? What file size should I use for printing?

You use your favourite paper type for printing, but we recommend medium to heavy weight paper for best results. Matte thick paper or card stock around 170-200 gsm would work best. The printing size depends on the frame you want to use. In every listing we provide you with a list of sizes for each file ratio on the related products. If you do not find the size you are interested in, let us know and we will provide you the one you want.
