How should I care for my ceramics?

Hand wash with warm water, a soft sponge, and a drop of dish soap — skip the dishwasher, as the heat and pressure can fade the colors and stress the clay over time, especially on nerikomi pieces. Avoid sudden temperature changes like going from freezer to stovetop, as thermal shock can cause cracking. When you're done, just air dry on a soft towel. Treat it with a little love and it'll be with you for years.

Where are these made?

Each piece is designed and handmade by me in Charlotte, NC in my studio. I’m a foodie, former accessories designer, and interior designer. My ceramics practice brings all of that together.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Each Keiko Ivonne piece is handmade and one of a kind. Variations in size, shape, color, glaze, pattern, texture, finish, and decorative details are natural and should be expected. Pieces may have subtle irregularities, including slight variations in form, glaze movement, speckling, pinholes, iron spots, and may occasionally have a slight rock when placed on a perfectly flat surface. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, refunds, or remakes are not offered due to natural variations or personal preference. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the piece and packaging so I can make it right.

Why does my piece look a little different than the photo?

Every piece is handmade—there may be slight variations in size, glaze, or texture. Some pieces may have small marks or irregularities, that is what makes each piece unique.

Kay-ko Ee-vohn — named in honor of my grandmothers. 🥀
