I never received my product USPS says it was returned to seller. I purchased the item for a specific event, and did not receive it in time. When I contacted the seller I was told the post office made a mistake and it would be resent. I asked for a refund and seller never responded. To make things easier , I messaged again and I said we would keep the product if it can be sent promptly after seller got it in return mail and send it back to me with the correct address, still no response. After this Etsy got involved investigated and agreed to issue my refund. I will never order from this shop again. Poor time management , shipping, and communication.

Im sorry yout case wasn't recieved but you know it was shipped what ever happened with the post office isnt my fault but since you asked for a refund from etsy when the i will not be sending the merchandise to you we had communicated the whole time and you said your daughter wanted the case when the post office sent it back to me i was going to do that but you went to etsy for a refund so it was one of the other i makes the items and ship them i don't drive the postal truck but yes im sorry but it was ship what ever happened after i left it at the post office wasn't my fault
