Here we present a beautiful sculpture of the South American queen Maria Lionza of 1 oz weight in fine silver (Available in any weight upon optional request and 14 and 10K gold also)

According to the main legend, María Lionza was born in the 15th–16th century as the daughter of an indigenous chief from the region of Yaracuy. Her father sent her to live in the Sorte mountain. One day, while she was by the river, an anaconda attacked and devoured her. From within the serpent, María Lionza begged the mountain for help. The mountain agreed, María Lionza thus disintegrated and merged with Sorte mountain. Sometimes the anaconda is said to have exploded and caused the torrential rains that are common in the region.

María Lionza is sometimes portrayed as an indigenous woman and sometimes as pale-skinned with green eyes, usually surrounded by animals. She is often depicted naked riding a Onza ( south american tapir)

Every piece is made, not stocked

Every Applied Rotech sculpture begins as a digital sculpt and passes through a hands-on investment casting process in our own Florida foundry. Nothing is pulled off a shelf. Each piece is designed, printed, invested, poured, refined, finished, and inspected — one at a time, for the collector who ordered it.

The complete process

Each stage exists for a reason: to protect the sculpt, control the pour, and produce the finish and weight a collector expects to feel in the hand.

01 · Digital Sculpt & Prep

The sculpture is built and refined as a detailed digital model. Wall thickness, undercuts, and fragile areas are corrected so the form casts cleanly and holds its detail in solid metal.

02 · Castable Master Printed

A high-resolution master is printed in castable resin, then washed, cured, and inspected under magnification. This master carries the shape, texture, and expression into the mold.

03 · Sprue & Tree

Each master is sprued by hand. The gating is designed for the specific geometry of the piece, so molten metal fills every section completely and solidifies without shrinkage.

04 · Investment Mold

The sprued master is set in its flask and surrounded with investment. The mold is vacuum-degassed to pull out trapped air, so the cavity captures the surface exactly as sculpted.

05 · Controlled Burnout

The flask runs a programmed kiln cycle over several hours. The resin master is fully eliminated, leaving a hardened, ash-free cavity ready to receive metal.

06 · Melt & Pour

Fine silver, silicon bronze, or copper is brought to casting temperature and poured into the hot mold. This is the moment the sculpt becomes solid metal.

07 · Devest & Recover

Once the flask has cooled, the investment is broken away and the raw casting is recovered, quenched, and cleaned before the sprue is touched.

08 · Cut & Refine

The sprue is cut away and the raw surface is worked by hand. Seams, edges, recesses, and sculpted texture are refined before any finishing begins.



9 · Mark, Inspect & Pack

The finished piece is weighed, marked for its material, and inspected for finish, detail, and stability — then paired with its certificate and packed for tracked, insured delivery.
