What if I receive a Damaged Item?

Message our store right away with a picture and description of what's defective. This way we can send it to the printers asap to have a replacement reprinted and sent in it's place. There is a 30 day warranty to claim a defective item.

50% Cotton/50% polyester and pre-shrunk.
We Use Soft and Cozy Gildan 18000 Crewnecks

OUR TODDLER SWEATSHIRTS ARE RABBIT SKINS BRAND AND OUR YOUTH SWEATSHIRTS ARE GILDAN 18000B. THEY WILL BE CLOSE IN COLOR BUT MAY NOT BE EXACT MATCHES BECAUSE THEY ARE DIFFERENT BRANDS.

PRINTING METHOD: Digital Printing/ Direct to Garment
DTG printing method is used for these shirts.
A process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology. The three key requirements for a DTG printer are a way to hold the garment in a fixed position, an inkjet print head, and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly by the print head, and are absorbed by the garment's fibers.

SIZING: UNISEX SHIRTS
Looking for your accurate size? See Sizing Chart in images for sizing details. Lay your favorite sweatshirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos.
Please note that these are Unisex Size meaning that they are not women's fitted shirts. If you are going for a more fitted look, we suggest to size down.
If you'd like it in another color or type of shirt- via sweatshirt, hoodie, woman's fit shirt, V-neck, youth... let me know. I'd love to make that happen for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We try to depict all shirt and design colors as close to the original as possible but depending on your screen settings or the shirt color you chose, the colors of the graphics on different devices may vary slightly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Pre- wash before wearing- These shirts are treated w a pre-spray that helps the ink absorb into the fibers.
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decorations.
Do not dry clean.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
All of our shirts are custom printed just for you so we don't accept returns or exchanges due to sizing.
If there is an issue/defect with the shirt when you receive it, please message me with a description and photo and we'll get it replaced ASAP.
