This was a great gift for a birthday. The seller did a great job of processing the item and shipping on-time, and when the mug arrived, it was enjoyed by the recipient immensely. For all of those reasons, I am going to rate this seller highly. With that said, there needs to be something done about our USPS service, or lack there of. They are the worst. The gift arrived like 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive due to USPS incompetence. I appreciated the seller, giving feedback and following up when I expressed concerns. For that, I would return and purchase again from her. Thank you for you customer service and a product that was very much enjoyed by the recipient. Cheers
