Do you allow commercial use of artwork?

No, I do not allow commercial use of my artwork. You can't resell this item, you can't use my designs, and you can’t sell my designs with your edits or graphics on POD sites.

How do I print the printable artwork?

The most popular ways to print the digital files are: 1. Print instantly from home 2. Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop. 3. Upload the files to an online printing service.

Where can I download my digital printable files?

To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click on "Download Files". This goes to the Download page for all the files attached to your order.

What type of paper do you recommend for printing?

I recommend using poster paper with a matte or semi-gloss finish. Matte will provide an organic look while semi-gloss will give more vivid and saturated colors.

I purchased a set of 3 prints, but I only received a pdf file.

The download link can be found inside the pdf file. To access it, simply click on the "Download" button within the pdf file. This will redirect you to my Dropbox where you can download the files. This process is necessary because the files are too big to be downloaded directly from Etsy.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds since our items are either made-to-order or digital downloads.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Shefa Publishing is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within the first hour. We begin production of your order quickly so we cannot accept cancellation after the first hour.

I received the wrong item / I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Before we package an order we check to ensure everything is right. We're sorry if a mistake slipped through! Please send us a message with a photo of the item attached and we will process a replacement or refund.
