At Pretty Gifted, each item is custom-made with care to help you celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. If your item arrives damaged or defective, simply contact us with clear photos. A replacement will be arranged — no returns necessary. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested and approved, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing, design time, and transaction fees incurred.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All items are made to order and take approximately 5–7 business days to produce (not including weekends or public holidays). Shipping time is in addition to processing and is shown on your receipt. Please note: Etsy’s delivery window is an estimate only. We always recommend planning around the latest date shown, not the earliest. Orders are shipped via our trusted print partner in the USA. Once shipped, tracking will be provided. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or address issues submitted incorrectly at checkout.

PERSONALIZATION & TYPOS

Personalization is copied and pasted exactly as entered at checkout — this includes names, dates, punctuation, and formatting. Please double-check your personalization before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors. Replacements due to typos or incorrect information can be reordered at the customer’s expense.

CHANGES & ORDER EDITS

Due to how quickly orders move into production, we are unable to make changes after an order is placed. This includes edits to text, layout, colors, or shipping address. Please ensure everything is correct before submitting your order. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to message us before ordering — we’re always happy to help!

PROOFS & LAYOUT REQUESTS

We do not send design proofs unless clearly stated in the listing. Orders are printed exactly as submitted at checkout. If you have a layout question before ordering, feel free to message us first. We’re happy to confirm if a specific text format will work.

DELIVERY ISSUES & DEADLINES

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, even with upgraded shipping. While most orders arrive on time, postal delays do happen, especially during holidays. If your order is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. Once an item is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft. For all holiday orders, we recommend ordering by December 5th. For all other events, please order at least 3 weeks in advance to avoid delays.
