What happens after I purchase?

Once you purchase I connect to your energy and channel what Spirit has for you. Your reading will be available as a PDF download directly in your Etsy order. Simply go to your purchases, download your file, and your reading is ready.

When can I expect my reading?

Readings are delivered within shop hours. Monday through Friday 10am to 3pm Pacific Time and weekends 11am to 3pm Pacific Time. On busier days your reading may take a little longer but will always be completed within that window.

Do you answer follow up questions?

I understand you may have questions after receiving your reading. If you do please purchase a follow up reading through my shop. Because I deliver same hour readings and strive to get every client their reading on time, messages outside of a purchase can pull me away from that flow. Everything Spirit had for you is inside your reading. Sit with it and trust what came through.

What if my reading is past the delivery window?

Please check the time your order was placed. If you purchased outside of shop hours your reading will be delivered during the next available window. I am human, I sleep, and I live a real life outside of this work. Shop hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 3pm Pacific Time and weekends 11am to 3pm Pacific Time. Any orders placed outside of those hours will be completed when the shop opens.

Can you guarantee my reading will come true?

No and I will always be honest with you about that. I channel the energy that is present at the time of your reading and deliver what Spirit shows me with full accuracy and intention. However energy is always moving and everyone involved has free will. Choices change timelines. What Spirit reads today can shift based on what you and others decide to do tomorrow. What I can guarantee is that I show up fully for every single reading and deliver what Spirit channels with honesty and love. Trust the guidance. Use it to make empowered decisions. And always come to your reading from a grounded place not from fear.

What if I am upset with my reading or want a refund?

Due to the nature of digital and energetic work all sales are final. However if for any reason you feel emotionally unsettled or have concerns about your reading please message me before leaving a review. I genuinely care about every person I read for and I want you to feel supported. Sometimes a reading delivers hard truths and that can bring up big feelings. I am here to help you process that with love. Refunds are not available but your peace of mind matters to me and I will always do my best to address your concerns directly.

Do you read for all situations?

I read for love and relationships, career and money, future and life path, blocked energy, spiritual guidance, family dynamics and general open readings. I am not able to read on anything involving harm to yourself or others, legal matters, or medical diagnoses. I channel energy with love and integrity and I only take on readings that I can deliver responsibly and honestly. If you are unsure whether your situation is something I can read for feel free to message me before purchasing.
