Introducing our latest series: hat-burning pyrography designs!

This unique art form involves carefully burning intricate designs onto hats, creating a distinctive and personalized accessory.

Whether you specialize in burning fedora hats, cowboy hats, baseball caps, or even totes and purses. You're sure to find designs to expand your own collection for your business!

These designs were created using a hat that measures 15" H x 13.5" W for the cowboy hats, and for baseball caps that measure:

BILL -- 5" H x 7.25" W

CROWN -- 6" H x 7" W

***PLEASE NOTE***
Not all hats/ballcaps are the same size. These designs were created for hats/ballcaps with the measurements mentioned above.

You will receive a Word document and a PDF file for printing if you'd like to use sublimation, press n seal, or sticky paper stabilizer for transferring the design onto your hat.

Your purchase will include 10 zip folders - 1 for each design shown, SVG, DXF, EPS, PDF, WORD, and PNG file formats.

The project idea photos provided are for inspiration only. The background images and colors used in these photos are not included with your purchase. You will receive the digital product files only, which can be used to create your own designs and projects.

If your purchase includes one of my many mandala designs, please keep in mind that mandalas can be extremely intricate files. It is best to cut them on a larger scale at a slower speed than normal. Please check your machine settings before cutting.
