How do I submit my personalization details? Please enter your custom text in the personalization box (if available) and upload your logo or photo through Etsy messages after placing your order. Make sure all files are high resolution for best results.

Will I receive a proof before production?

For most personalized orders, a digital proof will be sent for approval before production begins. Production starts only after approval. If no response is received within 24–48 hours, we may proceed to avoid delays.

Do you edit or redesign logos/photos?

We print designs exactly as submitted. Minor adjustments for placement or sizing may be made if needed, but we do not redesign logos or heavily edit images. Please upload final artwork.

Can I order in bulk for my business or event?

Yes! We welcome bulk and corporate orders. Please message us for details before placing large quantity orders.

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: Incorrect size selection Color preference changes Customization errors submitted by the customer Change of mind after purchase Please review all sizing charts, personalization details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
