So happy with this purchase! I created an art area for my kids in our home and this was our final “showstopper” piece. The team was SO helpful answering all my questions and accommodating the piece to fit my space. Highly recommend!

Disappointment. There is no instructions. Pieces labeled with a band as left right up and expect for you to figure it out how to put it on. Holes are so big and not as smooth looking as pictures. Pictures are clearly AI generated. Go spend your hard earned money on somewhere else.

Response from sibel

Hi Ancestral, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed. Normally, before shipping an item to a customer, I assemble it in the workshop, label each part to indicate where it goes, and then disassemble and pack it. I had never received a complaint of this nature from a customer before. I wish you had sent me a message when you ran into difficulties; I would have gladly helped. Your feedback is valuable to me, and rest assured, I will make improvements to the product in this regard.

Honestly, the craftsmanship of this piece was Walmart quality and subpar. I had high hopes for it but ended up giving it away as it was not the quality I was looking for in my home.
