Materials: spun polyester (lightweight, soft) or faux suede (premium, velvet-like feel). To request a specific size or material, simply type your preference in the personalisation or mssage me. We typically respond within a few hours.

Iron reverse side. All prints maintain vibrancy through regular washing.

Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

All orders ship from the USA, EU, UK or Australis printing facilites closest to the customer. Tracking is provided for every order. Everage delivery times: USA: 5-10 business days Europe (incl. Malta, Germany, France): 10-20 business days via DHL or local carrier UK: 10-15 business days Rest of world: 15-25 business days You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Items

We accept returns and exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing. If your item arrives with a print defect, damage, or quality issue: — Message us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo. — We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. No return shipping required. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size chosen, or colour perception differences due to screen settings. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU and EEA customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it under EU consumer law, unless the item is personalised or made to order. Please note: as all MediterraLuxe products are printed to order specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c — custom/personalised goods). However, we always resolve defective or damaged items immediately. Message us and we will make it right.
