Good, lacking a strap connecting the two cheek pieces. Needed adjustement to be worn without a visor.

the perforated mask for fencing had a too short leather strap. the cheeks are not stable without a mask strapped on. I will probably add a brass wire braided piece to secure the cheeks across the brim. BUT IT IS EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shipping was exceptionally fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The helmet arrived exactly as shown in the photos, with no unpleasant surprises. The material is thick and sturdy, and the overall construction is good. The biggest weakness is the interior padding. It is not particularly well made and does not provide the level of comfort I expected. I will have to spend some time modifying or replacing it myself to make the helmet comfortable to wear. That said, I am still very satisfied with the product overall. Considering the price, it offers good value for money, and the helmet itself is exactly what I was looking for.
