Custom and personalized orders

We can customize according to any of your requirements. We can assist you in selecting lace patterns, lace colors, and styles — or you may directly tell us the design you have in mind.

Why is the lace pattern redesigned?

I don’t simply use a single lace design purchased from a supplier—if I did, the process would be much easier. Instead, I cut and combine different lace motifs, then redesign and rearrange them according to the client’s preferences or the style of their garment. This allows me to create a personalized piece that perfectly aligns with the client's vision. As a result, every item becomes one-of-a-kind and meaningful to its owner—rather than just another mass-produced item that lacks uniqueness and soul.

Why do we hand-stitch instead of using glue?

For items that come into direct contact with the skin—such as wedding dress sleeves, straps, and similar details—we deliberately choose hand-stitching over adhesive, even though glue would be much faster. This is because glue can irritate the skin, harden once dried (affecting the drape and comfort of the garment), and carries a higher risk of peeling over time. Moreover, hand-stitching reflects that each piece is not a cheap, mass-produced item. It breathes soul into the product, turning it into something personal, meaningful, and truly crafted with care.

Custom and personalized orders

Why do we spend considerable time and effort trimming the extra tulle around the lace edges? Removing the excess tulle allows the lace pattern to stand out distinctly against the base tulle, making the entire piece more refined and three-dimensional. This careful process breathes life and soul into the product—every detail contributes to creating something meaningful and truly special.

Production typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, and standard shipping requires approximately 2 weeks. Therefore, please be sure to let me know the date by which you need the item, so I can make appropriate arrangements. We also kindly advise you to place your order as early as possible based on your required timeline.

Can orders be expedited?

Can orders be expedited? Yes, absolutely. We do accommodate expedited orders based on the current workload. For rush requests, we typically complete production within 3 to 5 days, depending on the specifics. Shipping will be handled via international express delivery, which usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach you. Please note that the international express shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. Overall, from the time you place the order until you receive the product, the entire process will take approximately 10 days. If you require expedited service, please be sure to contact me first to discuss all details and confirm arrangements. We also recommend that you plan your timeline accordingly.

Our standard shipping cost already includes all applicable duties and taxes. This means you will not need to pay any additional customs fees upon receiving your order. If you choose international express delivery, please discuss the arrangements privately with me beforehand.
