✨ How to calculate your own size:
Crochet a small test swatch of 5 x 5 squares.
Measure across one side and divide by 5 to get your average square size.
Multiply that by the number of squares in the pattern (Example 106 wide x 120 high).
Example: if your squares measure 1.4 cm each → 1.4 × 106 = 148 cm wide, 1.4 × 120 = 168 cm high.
This lets you estimate your finished dimensions before you begin!

Yarn Requirements
Due to the many variables involved in crochet (stitch choice such as DC/HDC/SC, yarn weight and brand, hook size, and individual tension), specific yarn quantities are not included in this pattern.
If you would like help estimating how much yarn you’ll need for your chosen stitch and yarn, please feel free to message me. I’m always happy to help you work it out.

I ordered several of the c2c afghan designs. I am planning to start the first one this weekend. I certainly hope the pattern works better than the way it is sent. If you are new to crochet, you may have an extremely difficult time deciphering the way these patterns are organized. It appears that you get two ways of following the pattern...one with colored squares for rows, the other simply lists the number of stitches per color in the row in the order to be crocheted. Due to how VERY large the files are, I decided to print the first one (witch's brew) so I would have an easier time following it, but to my disappointment, it won't print right and I have wasted ink (it cuts off the top row on every page. She also gives no clue as to how much yarn you should need. Worst way to provide a pattern I have seen!

Response from Nardia

For each pattern there should be 5x pdf files. Full page graph view/graph view in 4 or 6 pages/written instructions in text form/written instructions in block form/qr codes & links to YouTube tutorials. I provide 4 different ways of using the pattern as explained in the listing. You said its the worst way to provide a pattern, I'm not really sure what you were expecting or how other sellers are providing c2c patterns. Additionally, I do not provide how much yarn is needed with each pattern due to the number of variables eg stitch used (sc/dc/hdc), style chosen (tapestry style/c2c) and yarn ply and hook size. This infomation is written in the pattern description. But it also states i can help you work out this infomation if you provide me with those details.
