Yes. All of our pieces are made to order. If you need a custom size, stone type, or design detail, send us the dimensions and we will review it before production.

What type of marble do you use?

We use 100 percent natural marble. Each piece has unique veining and color variation. No two pieces are exactly the same.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the item and level of customization. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page. Custom orders may take 2 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide with professional packaging and insured delivery. Shipping costs and transit times vary by location.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Marble is a natural material, so variations in veining and tone are normal. Your piece will be made from the same type of stone, but it will be unique.

Can I request photos before shipping?

Yes. For custom orders, we can share photos once the piece is finished and before it ships.

What is your return policy?

Because our items are custom made, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

How are items packaged?

All items are securely packed in protective materials and wooden crates when needed to prevent damage during transit.

Do you accept cancellations?

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
