When will my order ship?

Our items are made to order and typically ship in 1–5 business days (production time). During busy seasons, production may take a little longer.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Typical estimates: U.S.: ~3–7 business days after it ships International: often 1–3 weeks after it ships (varies by country/customs)

Will I receive tracking?

Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number through Etsy.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please message me as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t entered production/shipping yet, I’ll do my best to update it. If it’s already in progress, changes may not be possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because items are made to order, cancellations/changes are only possible before production begins. If you reach out quickly, I’ll do my best to help. Usually within the first 3 hours after placing an order.

What size should I order?

Check the size chart in the listing photos/description and compare it to a shirt you already love. Tip: If you’re between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, size up.

Do your shirts run true to size?

Most tees are a unisex/standard fit. Fit can vary slightly by style and color. When in doubt, use the measurements in the listing.

How do I wash and care for my item?

To keep your print looking great: Wash cold, inside out Use gentle cycle and mild detergent Tumble dry low or hang dry Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the design

What if my item arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue?

Message me within 48 hours of delivery with: A photo of the issue A photo of the shipping label I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, I don’t accept returns for incorrect size/color chosen at checkout. But if there’s a defect, damage, or printing error, I’ll absolutely take care of you—just message me with photos.
