Can I see a preview of my order?

We provide a proof service for a small fee, simply choose this option when you place your order, our design team will send you a preview of your design. Two proofs are included with this proof service, if you would like to make any changes to your design, a new proof will be sent to you to check.

Do the prints come framed

Most of our prints are digital prints which means you can print them yourself at home or with a local printing company so no frame is provided. If you purchase one of our postal prints - please refer to the options on the individual product page as some do have a framing option.

My order has arrived damaged

If your order arrives damaged, you need to report the issue within 2 days of the parcel being delivered. We will require photos of the damage and the item's packaging.

I have received the wrong order

If you received the wrong item, you should immediately report the issue to us within 2 days of the delivery, providing clear photos of the incorrect item and its packaging. We can then either offer a replacement or a refund once the incorrect item has been returned to us.
